Newly remodeled, this exquisite restaurant is located on the second level of the Cher-Ae Heights casino, which is owned and operated by the Yurok tribe. Situated on the north end of the casino, the restaurant offers a breath-taking view of the ocean and Trinidad harbor, visible through the surrounding trees. It is worth noting that you can enjoy the restaurant’s ambiance and scenery without entering the casino. Besides an extensive selection of American food, they make specialty cocktails.
Seascape Restaurant on the Bay

Nestled overlooking Trinidad Harbor, Seascape Restaurant offers a casual setting to savor a variety of delectable seafood dishes, including my favorite clam chowder and tasty fish and chips. Seascape Restaurant is the only early dining place with a ocean view. If you want an active view, fresh clam chowder and fish, and to hang out with locals, this is the place. I need to write a Five-Star review on yelp. 🥰

I love Trinidad Bay Eatery And Gallery! I’ve enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. If you’re tired of eating the same breakfast at every restaurant, you’ll be tempted to try something adventurous for breakfast here. Go go it! I was feeling ready for a new breakfast experience. It took all my courage and I loved fish and eggs. Don’t miss the opportunity to dine on their lovely outdoor patio. See my Five-Star review on yelp.

I am ready for the crab & potato waffle cone. Delightful American fresh food cooked for you. A mix of fast food where you can get a glass of wine or a beer. Small dining room overlooking the outdoor patio with heaters. When family and friends visit, we take them here for brunch, go the the nearby beach and hike, and then to the Seascape Restaurant for an early dinner. I need to write a Five-Star review.

Murphy’s Market & Deli

The place to pick up fabulous food and take it to the nearby gorgeous beach (free parking) or the wondrous forest.
To eat in your car at the beach, turn left out of Murphy’s and left again. To eat in the forest, turn left out of Murphy’s and then take the first right for about a mile. Look for the College Cove sign on the left, not on the corner — on the street to the left. Take this street for a short drive to a big circular parking lot. It’s usually empty because people park nearer the trail down to the beach. This is a quiet space to enjoy the forest while you eat Murphy’s fresh food. About the trail here: It’s long and steep to the beach. The mountain curves around the beach below providing a windbreak. The sand is usually warm and sunbathers love it. It’s a bathing suit optional beach.
